Phone Orders

1.Note the item name, description, color and price of the item you wish to order.  You will need this when making the phone call.

2.Call us at (949) 636-6108.

Fax, Email and Mail Orders

1.Print out a copy of the order form.

2.Enter Item Name, Description, Color, and Price on the order form.  Include shipping and tax (in California).

3.If faxing the order, you must pay by credit card... enter your credit card information and Fax the order form to (949) 475-9377.  You can also scan and email the order form to sales@PearlsbyJazz.com if it is more convenient to you.

4.If mailing the order form, include credit card number, money order or check for the amount due.
